Free shipping within Italy
Free shipping to the whole world for orders over €300
Shipment Cost/Information
Shipping within Europe and outside Europe is done by FedEx express. Shipping within Italy is delivered by Bartolini Corriere Espresso or SDA.
As per laws regulating commerce and trade, all shipments are accompanied with an official invoice with the declared values of each item. Discounted items reflect the discounted prices.
Free shipping within Italy
Delivery inside Italy will be done within 24 – 48 hours of shipment with Bartolini Corriere Espresso or SDA
First time clients are reminded that order shipment can be delayed due to security clearance and standard order procedures.
Orders are processed with Italian Valued Added Tax as per the published prices on the site.
European Countries : Euro 20.00 :
Delivery within 3 business days of shipment with Federal Express or TNT.
Countries include: Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Faroe Islands, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Greenland, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovak Republic, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the United Kingdom.
European Countries and Non-European Countries : Euro 50.00:
Delivery within 3 – 5 business days of shipment with Federal Express or TNT.
Countries include: Albania, Belarus, Bosnia, Bulgaria, Croatia, Macedonia, Moldova, Romania, Russia, Serbia Montenegro, Turkey and Ukraine.
With the exception of Bulgaria and Romania – Orders are processed LESS the Italian Valued Added Tax.
Outside of Europe (Africa, North America, USA, South America, Asia, Australia): Euro 50.00:
Delivery within 5 working days by FedEx Express or TNT.
Orders are processed LESS the Italian Valued Added Tax.
For clients hailing from countries in the European Community, import duties, custom fees and local sales taxes are calculated and included within the purchase price.
Participating countries include:
Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Great Britain (UK), Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.
Shipments outside of the European Community are subject to import duties, local taxes and customs fees. Payment of these fees is the sole responsibility of the client. Romano srl informs clients outside the European Community, that payment of DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) fees are the Client’s responsibility as per their home country’s policies.
However, clients outside of the European Community are exempt from local Italian VAT taxes.
The prices of the products published on the web site www.romanofirenze.com reflect the actual retail price of the goods which include the local Italian VAT taxes.
For Example: An Item that retails on the site for Euro 120,00 is actually Euro 100,00 for a Client whose shipping address is outside of the European Community. To calculate the prices on-line less the VAT tax take the retail cost of the item and divide by 1.2 - “120 divided by 1.2 = 100”.
- RETURNS
If for any reason, clients are not satisfied with your purchase, the unused item or items can be returned within 15 days of delivery, returning the product in its original packaging.
The security tag and the return coupon have to remain undamaged and attached to the product you intend to return after writing the return authorization number (that you will receive by calling our customer care office.) and motivations. Following these simple instructions, our customer care will send you an authorization number:
- Contact our customer care service by e mail: customercare@romanofirenze.com, in order to receive an authorization return number.
- The Security tag must be attached to the item with the original clip
- The returned item must be in the same condition in which it was originally sent
- The product has to be returned in the same packaging as purchased
- The item that you wish to return must be sent within 10 days from the delivery date
- The shipment of the returned item, import fees and duty charges are entirely at the cost of the Client
Non authorized returned items will not be accepted.
Refund Policy
All authorized returned items must match all the requirements as listed under the Return Policy and requested by Romano Firenze..
In case the procedure request is correct, the Client will receive a confirmation of the return from
customercare@romanofirenze .com.
From that moment we will proceed to the refund on your credit account within two billing cycles.
In case the return policy requirements are not correctly fulfilled in the return procedure, Romano Firenze will sent back the item to the client’s address charging shipping costs.
